About Me
In need a complete overhaul! I need a schedule to follow. Looking for serious help w/motivation , dedication , desire & structure! Unfortunately I lack what I seek currently , which I want changed "ASAP"! I'm a fun , corky & a perky person by nature. I have some flaws I'd like to improve , the worst is inconsistency. I'd like to develop a life long habit of consistency w/proper exercise & good nutrition for health purposes. Of course , this is only a mind set because I have implemented any of it yet. I've lost my job , my dog & my sense of being! All I ever do is eat & sit on my expanding butt! I have no energy , no will , no motivation anymore. This is not who I want to be! HELP!!!!

Someone who is motivated , experienced , positive (PT would be fab) , active (or willing to be) & dedicated. If Any one out there who are members of SNAP 24 Fitness , please join me there soon. PS: Anyone know if there are diet plans that really work or medication/vitamins/supplements that help too? I hate dieting! Can we say , Lipo/Tummy Tuck/Velashape instead? lol
